How to set up your Workflow account

Creating your APLYiD account and getting started with Workflow

Step 1: Sign up via a Free Trial

  1. Add your First and Last name

  2. Enter your business email address in the Email field

  3. Enter a strong password in the Password field. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and include a mix of letters and numbers.

  4. Re-enter your password in the Confirm Password field

Select Next

Step 2: Add your business details

  1. Add your Business Name

  2. Country (e.g. Australia)

  3. Employee Count (1, 2-5, 6-10, 11-20, 21-50 or 50+)

  4. Industry (Real Estate, Legal Services, Financial Services, Accountant, High Value Dealer or Other)

  5. Add your Phone Number

Select Create Account

Step 3: Confirm your email address

  1. You will be sent a 6 digit code from APLYiD. Open the confirmation email, it arrives within a few minutes.

  2. Copy the code and paste it into the 2FA screen. Your browser confirms your account and redirects you to the login screen.

If you don't receive the confirmation email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder. You can also click Send again on the confirmation screen.

Step 4: Log in for the first time

  1. Enter your email address and the password you just created.

  2. Click Log In. Your Workflow dashboard appears.

You're ready to go

Your account is now set up. From here, you can invite your team members, explore the dashboard, or jump straight into creating your first AML case.
