A CRM integration is a convenience feature, not a prerequisite — everything APLYiD does is available to you right now, with or without an integration in place.
This article explains what the CRM integration does, which platforms are supported, and why you don't need to wait for it to get started.
Start using APLYiD today
From day one, your team can do everything in the APLYiD platform directly:
Build and manage your AML/CTF policies
Complete staff AML (anti-money laundering) training
Verify and re-verify vendors and buyers
Assess and document transaction risk
Generate audit-ready compliance reports
You work directly in APLYiD from the start. Building that habit now means that when the integration goes live, it simply saves you a few minutes per transaction — it doesn't change how the platform works.
How the integration works
The CRM integration removes the manual data entry at the start and end of each transaction (each listing or sale). Here's what happens, step by step:
Your listing and client details are sent automatically from your CRM to APLYiD. The property address, client name, and contact details are pre-filled, saving you 10–20 seconds of data entry per transaction.
You complete all AML work inside APLYiD as normal. The integration doesn't change what you do or how you do it — you still verify clients, assess risk, and manage compliance in the APLYiD platform.
APLYiD sends the completed status back to your CRM. Once a buyer verification is finished, this happens automatically.
Vendor verification status
Once you complete the seller (vendor) onboarding in APLYiD, a completed status is sent back to your CRM automatically — no manual action required. This works for Eagle and Box and Dice today.
ℹ️ Vault doesn’t send this status back yet — it’s coming soon. For Vault, please update your CRM manually in the meantime.

Why you shouldn't wait
It can be tempting to hold off until your CRM is integrated. We'd encourage you not to. Here's why:
Starting now means your team is trained and ready. AML compliance is a legal obligation. The sooner your team is comfortable in the platform, the better placed you'll be ahead of the AUSTRAC Tranche 2 deadline of 1 July 2026.
Nothing you do now will need to be redone. When your CRM integration goes live, you continue working in APLYiD exactly as before. The integration adds a shortcut; it doesn't change your workflow.
Your compliance record starts from day one. Every verification, risk assessment, and training completion is logged from the moment you begin. Waiting means a gap in your compliance history.
The bottom line
💡 CRM integrations make AML compliance slightly faster and more convenient. They don't make APLYiD work differently. Start today, get your team trained and compliant, and enjoy the integration as a bonus when it's ready.
