Status — the current compliance stage (see Case status explained)
Case name — the name you gave the case
Risk — Low Risk, Medium Risk, High Risk or No Risk
Assigned to — the team member responsible (if assigned)
Date Created — the date and time of the when the case was created
Click any row to open the case workspace.
Searching for a case
Click the Search cases bar at the top of the cases list.
Type the case name, client name, or property address. Results filter as you type.
Click the case you want to open it.
Filtering cases
Filters let you narrow the list to cases that match specific criteria. This is useful when you want to see only cases awaiting action, or only cases of a certain type.
Click the Status button above the cases list. The filter panel opens, select a filter:
In Progress — e.g. Listing or Matter is currently being assessed
Completed — The Listing or Matter has been approved
To clear filters, click All Status.
Using naming conventions to stay organised
With many cases, a consistent naming convention makes searching much faster. Consider naming cases by:
Property address:
123 Main Street BuyerClient surname + transaction:
Smith – Property SaleMatter number (for legal):
MAT-2026-0042
Whatever convention you choose, use it consistently across your team. A shared naming standard means anyone can find a case quickly.
What to do when you have many cases
As your case volume grows:
Use filters daily — filter to In Progress each morning to prioritise your workload.
Assign cases to team members so the list can be filtered by person, making handovers and supervision easier.
Search by client name when a client calls, you don't need to scroll to find their case.
