How to enable monitoring for a client

Learn how to turn on monitoring for high risk clients

You enable monitoring for a client by turning on the PEP Monitor toggle on their client profile. Once enabled, Workflow scans daily for sanctions, PEP matches, and adverse media and notifies you of any new results.

Before you start

Monitoring can be enabled for any individual client. You'll need to open their client profile to turn it on.

Option 1: Enable from the Home page

If the client is already rated High Risk, they will appear in the High-Risk Client section on your Home page.

  1. From the main navigation, click Home.

  2. Select to the High-Risk Clients section.

  3. Click the client's name to open their profile.

  4. Find the PEP Monitor toggle at the top and click it to turn it on.

  5. The toggle turns green. Monitoring is now active for this client.

Option 2: Enable from the Clients section

  1. From the main navigation, click Clients.

  2. Click Filter and select High Risk to narrow the list.

  3. Click the client's name to open their profile.

  4. Find the PEP Monitor toggle and click it to turn it on.

  5. The toggle turns green. Monitoring is now active for this client.

How to remove a client from monitoring

If the business relationship has ended or monitoring is no longer required:

  1. From the main navigation, click Monitoring.

  2. Find the client in the list > Select their name

  3. Click the PEP monitoring next to their name to stop daily checks

Alternatively, open the client's profile and toggle PEP Monitor off.

Removing a client from monitoring does not delete their records or affect their risk rating. It simply stops the daily scan.
